Physical Exercise


They say "health is wealth". This old proverb is absolutely true. Billion dollars in the bank, luxurious car, diamond ring, lavish party nothing can please you if you are not physically sound. Like weather human body and mind also sometimes get gloomy and physical exercise is the best remedy to keep our body and soul in a good condition. In general physical exercise means the movement of some body parts in a specific way. Physical exercise is performed in order to keep physical fitness. Nowadays people get used to automated life. Machines are peoples best friends nowadays. So they are getting used to a lazy life where everything has become easy and they hardly have done any physical movement. As a result of people nowadays are suffering from various physical and mental diseases. Physical exercise prevents people from the attack of diseases and helps them to keep a healthy life. Some people always excuse that they do not have much time to involve in any exercise. But most physical exercises do not require much time. Even some of our daily activities like walking, swimming, doing household chores like mopping floor are also a good form of physical exercise. We can classify physical exercises into four categories though some of them also fall in more than one category. The first kind of physical exercise is aerobic which are useful for circulation, pumping of hearts and lungs. Aerobic is also known as the easiest type of exercise. Walking, Running, Jogging, Cycling, Boxing, Dancing are the common form of aerobic exercise. The second type of exercise is strength exercise which is useful to boost your power. Strength exercise is associated with weight lifting and muscular movement. Carrying Groceries from super shop to the house, use stairs instead of lift are good examples of strength exercise. The third one is balance exercise which will help you to keep a good balance of your body. You do not need to practice them regularly but practice it on a regular interval to have a good balance. Some simple activities like standing on one foot, walking through a straight line are examples of balance exercise. At first, you'll find it very tough but day by day you will get used to that. The next kind of exercise is flexibility or stretching exercise. Different activities like neck stretch, shoulder stretch, backstretch, ankle stretch, yoga cults can improve your flexibility of performing different jobs. Physical exercise are beneficial for all people regardless of their age,gender. They can prevent silent killers like heart disease, type-2 diabetics,metabolic syndrome. They are also useful for controlling weight, remove stress, removing depression and most important it will learn you to make your daily routine life better. It will learn you to love yourself and do something productive for your physical and mental health.

The Person I admire most (Prophet Muhammad PBUH)

The person I admire the most is our Prophet Rasulullah PBUH. I love him more than anyone else and even more than my life. He is the role model of honesty, kindness, truthfulness, and well mannered. A night before Exam

A night before an exam is very important as it is one of the determiners of the success of the exam. Usually, most of the student get panicked at night before an exam. But it is very important to stay relax and calm at night before an exam. The last chance a student can test the outcome of a test is at the night before an exam. But there are some do's that can positively affect the result of an exam. For example, a student should take a proper but light meal before the exam night. He should avoid coffee, tea and other beverages which will hamper the sleep. He can take a quick and short revision of the overall syllabus but he shouldn't wake till late night if the examination is at early morning. Schedule a question-answer review with a friend can be beneficial. But a student should not waste his time by gossiping and chatting with friends.
