My grandmother is a 70 year's old lady. She is the eldest member of our family. Her hair is snow white and skin wrinkled. But she is strong and active. She loves to cook for us and do her works on her own. My grandmother is a very religious woman. She takes her prayer regularly and recites the holy Quran every day after doing her prayers. She also loves to tell stories. I and my brother love to listen to stories from Grandmother. My grandmother also reads a lot. She also encourages us to read. Even at this age, she loves to keep herself updated about what is happening around the world. That's why she reads the newspaper every morning. My grandmother is a great lady. She is very affectionate and kind hearted woman. She always tries to help poor people of our village. She also helps m mother in doing household chores and taking care of us. I sleep with my grandmother. Every night before falling asleep, I love to listen to stories from her. I love my grandmother very much. She is my best friend. I feel very sad when she is not well. I always pray to almighty for her good health and long life.
