Digital Bangladesh is a vision that has come true. Our Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina took a step to digitalize and improve the lives of people within 2021. It was the manifesto of the Bangladesh Awami League taken before the 9th national election. The aim of digital Bangladesh is that Bangladesh will be modern and will use sophisticated technology in every sector. Digitalization involves making people literate in technology especially the rural people. All the important sectors like - health, banking, transportation, education, business, the administration should be digitalized to improve performance. If everyone can easily have access to the internet, then the country will develop rapidly. It was a huge challenge for the government of Bangladesh to bring change in every sector of our life like increase literacy rate, well health and sanitation condition, modernization through using science and technology. Digitalization has made our life easy and comfortable. Almost all the services provided by the government are now providing using digital media. At present, the mass people of our country have access to information technology. All kinds of banking transactions are now online. People can purchase tickets, pay bills do transactions using electronic media. At present, by using a government app, people can do online registration for the Covid vaccine. So no need to say that we are prospering through digitalization. However, digitalization is an ongoing process. Still, the poor population and a large portion of our rural people do not have any access to the internet and information technology. so necessary steps have to be taken to include them on the ongoing digitalization process.
Sylhet is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh. It's a place of natural beauty. Sylhet is widely known for having tea gardens and hills. It is also a holy place as it is known as the place of 360 awlias(saints). Last year I got the opportunity to go to Sylhet. I visited Sylhet with my family. We went there by train. I sat beside the window and enjoy the scenes through the window. I was overwhelmed by the natural scenes. After seven hours long journey, we reached Sylhet. We visited all the places of tourist attractions like- Jaflong which is near the Indian border, Ratargul swamp forest, Lauachara forest, and Tangua Haor. We spent five days in Sylhet. I enjoyed each and every moments of my Sylhet tour.
