Winter is the coldest season of the year. It is my favorite season. Every year after final examination our school announce winter vacation. Every year on winter vacation we go to different new places in our country where we have never been before. So that we can visit every district of our beautiful country. This year I at winter vacation I went to Pabna at my uncle's house. My uncle's house is located in the main city. It is very near to "Jor Bangla Temple" a famous archaeological place of our country. This is basically two temples that are joined together. The temple is very old and still has Terracotta on its wall. On the next day, we went to visit the mental hospital and Edward College, a famous educational institute of Pabna. On the third day, we went to visit the Ishwardi Railway Junction, The largest rail junction of our country. We have read about it in our school book so it was a great pleasure to see it with own eyes. We also visited Hardinge Bridge that is located on Ishwardi and the oldest bridge in the country made in British Period. We also visited the Lalon Shah Bridge located beside Hardinge Bridge, Sugarcane research center, and Ishwardi airport. The next day we leave for Dhaka but we will always remember our short trip to Pabna.
Sylhet is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh. It's a place of natural beauty. Sylhet is widely known for having tea gardens and hills. It is also a holy place as it is known as the place of 360 awlias(saints). Last year I got the opportunity to go to Sylhet. I visited Sylhet with my family. We went there by train. I sat beside the window and enjoy the scenes through the window. I was overwhelmed by the natural scenes. After seven hours long journey, we reached Sylhet. We visited all the places of tourist attractions like- Jaflong which is near the Indian border, Ratargul swamp forest, Lauachara forest, and Tangua Haor. We spent five days in Sylhet. I enjoyed each and every moments of my Sylhet tour.
