Tamim: Physical excercise stimulates our blood circulation and help us to digest foods. IT also helps to build muscle and avoid obesity.Physical excercise also helps to have sound sleeps.
Sadiq: I see! now I understand why everyone advices me to take physical excercise.
Tamim: I also noticed that you spend the afternoon at home by playing video games. You can come to field at afternoon and play with us.Running is also a physical excercise.
Sadiq: Okay, from tomorrow I'll start doing physical excercise.
Tamim: I think if you start physical excercise, you will be fit very soon.
